About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Leader to join our team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions across supply chain and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, advanced computer skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading inventory-related initiatives, analyzing material flow and inventory accuracy, reporting insights, and influencing cross-functional teams through structured communication and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support inventory control processes across manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Analyze inventory trends, material usage, and inventory discrepancies to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and reporting activities
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, production, and finance teams
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and material flow
- Utilize ERP systems and data tools to support inventory tracking and operational decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Train and support team members on inventory processes and best practices
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions related to inventory variances
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in inventory control, supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or TPM
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
