About the Role
We’re looking for a Global Product & Market Leader to shape strategy and accelerate profitable growth for our Glass Reinforcements portfolio. You’ll own market and product strategy, customer and innovation roadmaps, and commercialization of new products—partnering closely with Sales, Strategic Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Science & Technology.
Scope includes global product leadership for Continuous Filament Mat (CFM) and regional (Europe) leadership for Chopped Strand Mat (CSM).
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product, market, and customer strategy to maximize profitability and outpace market growth
Build and prioritize customer and innovation portfolio (VOC, competitive landscape, and technology trends)
Develop value propositions, positioning, and business cases for the portfolio
Lead stage-gated commercialization of new and improved products (requirements, readiness, and launch execution)
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and launch messaging
Develop product, market, and customer plans to drive profit and growth
Monitor codes, standards, and regulatory drivers; identify new growth opportunities
Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver scope, timeline, and budget objectives
Communicate product and portfolio changes and support training for commercial teams and customers
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5+ years in a multinational manufacturing organization in marketing/strategic marketing with customer-facing experience
8+ years in product or category management in technical product marketing or industrial markets (materials science, chemicals, composites, engineered materials, or manufacturing)
Experience working across global teams and time zones
Strong track record in product strategy, positioning, pricing, and portfolio lifecycle management
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority
Strong executive-level communication skills
Willingness to travel 25–50%
