About the Role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to support and evolve our infrastructure environment across U.S. operations. Based in Granville, Ohio, this role will play a key part in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services while supporting a broader infrastructure transformation program.

This position will initially focus on infrastructure deployment, operational support, and site readiness, with a defined growth path toward expanded responsibility in hybrid computing platforms, cloud services, and connectivity architecture.

Original Composites & Fiberglass (OCF) is a business unit of the Praana Group. OCF was recently acquired by the Praana Group. The path ahead will be dynamic, full of change, and expected to be fast paced. The business operates from twenty (20+) locations across the globe. The information technology environment supporting our new company is being built from the ground up in terms of IT infrastructure and applications with the opportunity to leverage new technologies and new ways of thinking as we look to end a transition services agreement associated with the acquisition as soon as possible. Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape is comprised of multiple instances across the globe. We seek to consolidate and simplify our ERP landscape to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations for decades ahead.

All IT team members may be assigned IT Engineering responsibilities, focused on designing, building, and maintaining technology systems that support business operations. These assignments ensure secure connectivity, scalable platforms, and reliable data flow to enable efficient production, supply chain management, and enterprise-wide digital transformation—especially during the separation from Owens Corning. Roles may be temporary or ongoing and can include direct ownership of IT service delivery for one or more manufacturing plants.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support deployment and operation of IT infrastructure across U.S. locations, including network, compute, and endpoint environments
  • Provide hands-on site support, including infrastructure troubleshooting, issue resolution, and validation activities
  • Assist in implementing core infrastructure services such as identity, endpoint management, and connectivity
  • Support network and connectivity services, including redundant circuits and secure access
  • Contribute to Azure-based infrastructure and hybrid computing platforms, including configuration and validation
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and performant IT operations
  • Support infrastructure monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, site rollouts, and transformation initiatives across U.S. locations
IT Engineering (As Assigned)
  • Own IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT services aligned with business needs during organizational transitions, including separation activities
  • Participate in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support core business operations and digital transformation
  • Ensure manufacturing connectivity and data flow across enterprise systems, enabling efficient production and supply chain processes

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network engineering roles, including experience supporting multi-site environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Windows environments, networking fundamentals, and identity services (Active Directory)
  • Experience supporting and leading infrastructure efforts across multiple locations or complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive infrastructure service delivery, including troubleshooting, escalation management, and operational accountability
  • Experience contributing to or leading infrastructure design decisions, particularly in hybrid or cloud-enabled environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments is preferred
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture or Zero Trust implementation is preferred
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is preferred, including exposure to platforms such as Saviynt or similar technologies
  • Exposure to infrastructure buildouts, migrations, or transformation programs is strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and prioritize across competing demands
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders, including vendors and global teams
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant outcomes·

Work Conditions

  • Additional hours may be required based on project timelines, site support needs, and coordination across teams
